The Julian C. Harrell Scholarship application is available online and is open to all members of Saint Paul Methodist Church who are enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program or another first-level post-secondary education technical certificate program. Graduate-level or higher degree programs are not eligible.
The Application Deadline is May 15, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Applications will only be considered if received by the Saint Paul Church Office by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 15, 2026. Online submissions will receive a confirmation email once the application has been received. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact the Church Office.
